For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

✓ To keep you informed of the various job vacancies available within our organization and, where appropriate, to allow you to participate in future recruitment processes in order to obtain employment in our company.

✓ To respond to the exercise of your data protection rights, inquiries, or complaints.

How long will we keep your data?
Unless you exercise your right to erasure or objection, your résumé will be kept for approximately one (1) year from the date of receipt or after the completion of a recruitment process in which the candidate has not been selected. After this period, it will be deleted.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

QUINTO NUT, S.L. relies on the following lawful bases to process your personal data:

✓ Explicit consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): your personal data are processed to keep you informed of available job vacancies within our organization, based on the consent you have given by submitting or sending your résumé, either personally or through a third party.

✓ Performance of a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): your personal data are processed during the recruitment process under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as well as Recital 44, which states that “processing is lawful when it is necessary in the context of a contract or the intention to enter into a contract.”

To whom will your data be disclosed?

✓ Your data will not be disclosed to third parties.
✓ There will be no international data transfers.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether QUINTO NUT, S.L. is processing personal data concerning them.

✓ Right of access, rectification, and erasure: You have the right to access your personal data and to request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

✓ Right to restriction of processing: In certain circumstances, you may request that the processing of your data be restricted, in which case they will only be retained for the exercise or defense of legal claims.

✓ Right to object: In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. To process your rights request, if we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to provide a copy of your ID card (only the portion necessary to verify your identity).

✓ QUINTO NUT, S.L. will maintain professional secrecy regarding all information relating to personal data, storing it confidentially and using it solely for the specific purposes for which it was provided.
✓ Appropriate technical and organizational measures will be adopted to prevent unauthorized access or unlawful processing of personal data, as well as accidental loss or destruction.
